Built in 1887 to meet the water demand of the shopkeepers, it is one of the most significant historical structures in the city center. It was made of face stones in the form of an obelisk slightly narrowing from the bottom to the top with a height of 12,2 meters. The top of the structure can be reached by a metal post used as stairs.
