How to cook ?

10 Numbers of dry filo pastry
1000 gr. Crushed walnut
250 gr. Butter
250 gr. Sunflower oil
For its sherbet (syrup):
2000 gr. Sugar
1500 gr. Water

Soak the dry filo pastry by spraying water on them. Prepare 10 layers by applying on each layer the melted butter and walnut. Cook this in the oven which you have heated it to 180 degrees previously. (30 min.) Mix the water and sugar up and boil it, after this becomes syrup wise, pour it onto the filo pastry which you have taken-off the oven. Cool it then serve.
